CRT locked rules template one
Template coded in system: Yes
smt-python/templates/nitro_crt.yaml (status mapped) → preset nitro_crt_v2; entry plugin smt-python/entry_plugins/nitro_crt_v2. The 2026-10-04 audit voided the earlier top 20 Nitro rows (run without his 1H bias, grading and news rules); the faithful rerun is in progress.
The trade in his words
Mark a 15m/30m/1H candle range (C1). The next candle (C2) wicks beyond C1 high or low and its body closes back inside. On the 1-2m chart, enter on a strong break of the middle candle (C2) extreme; target the opposite end of the C1 range; stop sized so the trade is 1.5R. Best trades 09:30-12:00/13:00 ET, with a clear 1H bias.

A+ setup checklist (all must pass)
N1 Clear 1H bias/trend before the setup (no clear bias = B/C grade) nRIqZwma9xM @ 4:06 · “ideally, in order to have an A+ setup, you need the bias figured out”
N2 Valid CRT: C2 breaks the C1 high/low and its body closes back inside the C1 range UBvfsImdI2U @ 2:02 · “wait for the actual colored part of the candle to close back inside that range”
N3 CRT timeframe 1H (highest quality) or 15m (30m also shown) UBvfsImdI2U @ 1:26 · “the highest quality setups are on the hourly, and the 15-minute is just the one that shows up more often”
N4 Inside his window: NY 09:30 to about 12:00-13:00 ET QCt7_Cq9pQY @ 4:23 · “my best trades are found from 9:30 when the market opens until about 12:00 to 1:00”
N5 Entry on a strong break of the middle-candle (C2) extreme on the 2m MJsEFxo1Apg @ 6:10 · “drop down to a two-minute time frame. We will look for price to break this middle candle's high, and it will have to be a strong break”
N6 Target = opposite end of the C1 range nRIqZwma9xM @ 9:31 · “TP is going to be at the low and your stop loss will be at that high that we marked out”
N7 Stop placed so the trade is ~1.5R to the target nRIqZwma9xM @ 21:26 · “my stop loss is going to be 1.5R from that TP”

Lock the rules before testing
Every rule is written in full as a parameter list (sessions, setup conditions, entry, stop, target, max trades, bias) with a version number and a date before any data is run. Nothing changes once testing starts. Any change is a new version, and that version starts again at rule 1.
Name the instrument and the data file. Times are New York time, prices are rounded to the tick, and contract roll weeks are removed. The same cleaned data is used in every window.
This is the only window where settings can be adjusted. Rank settings by net profit after commission. Anything with fewer than 100 trades doesn't qualify. Keep the top 20 and lock them.
Out-of-sample: 1 May to 31 Jul (three months test)
Run the locked settings once, exactly as they are. No changes after seeing the results. A setting passes if it makes a net profit and has a profit factor above 1.
A trade only counts if it passes the trader's written A-plus checklist at entry: right session, liquidity swept, bias agrees, entry model confirmed, and stop and target where the checklist says. Failures are logged as B or C trades and kept out of the results.
Every known real A-plus trade from the trader's videos or posts is traced through the A-plus definition, each filter (session, bias, sweep, timeframe, news, caps), the Roman/ZZ entry path (trigger, confirmation, order type, expiry) and the fill. Record the exact step where each one dies. Misses are fixed in the next version, never the current one.
Every result shows, in order: test number, instrument, length in words, average trade, profit factor, win rate, equity curve; then average signed ticks, trade count and drawdown.
Windows run in order, with no extra out-of-sample passes and no retuning after a peek. Under 100 trades or under about three months is a diagnostic, not a pass.
