Opening-range iFVG locked rules template one
ORM confirms bias -> 5m FVG -> 1m iFVG

The trade in his words
HTF magnets (swing points, FVGs, iFVGs) give the bias; the opening range move after 09:30 ET confirms and times it, often with ES/NQ divergence. Entry: a 5m FVG rebalances, then a 1m inversion FVG with an engulfing close triggers. Model stop at the gap wick; TP1 at the internal/HTF high, then break-even/trail.
A+ checks 70 tagged trades (no structured trade records yet)
A+ setup checklist (all must pass)
L1 HTF bias from magnets (swing points, FVGs, iFVGs) t2xKfcNSpO4 @ 1:10 · “know where higher time frame analysis gives you your bias, the opening range move gives you the confirmation”
L2 Opening range move after the 09:30 open agrees with the bias -7UAZBo1vxo @ 1:20 · “when we see a bullish opening range move, to me, it made clear sense that price could potentially offer a trade”
L3 ES/NQ divergence off the open (which index leads) -K3bVtMMnKU @ 1:16 · “you could see clear divergence through the open based upon the 5-minute or even the 1-minute time frame”
L4 5-minute FVG rebalances (zone valid) h0SVib2ClhE @ 8:21 · “Step three, entry. Five minute fair value gap rebounds. One minute inversion fair value gap trigger”
L5 1-minute inversion FVG trigger with an engulfing close rsbGjXOSJq0 @ 3:37 · “we look for a good engulfing sequence with a closure above validating the inversion sequence”
L6 Model stop at the gap wick (1m/5m FVG wick) 42cw8do-POs @ 3:26 · “the model stop in place, which was the 5-minute fair value gap wick low”
L7 TP1 at the internal/HTF high, then break-even/trail -K3bVtMMnKU @ 4:32 · “going risk-free stops at high of day once taken, and our target one interest”

Lock the rules before testing
Every rule is written in full as a parameter list (sessions, setup conditions, entry, stop, target, max trades, bias) with a version number and a date before any data is run. Nothing changes once testing starts. Any change is a new version, and that version starts again at rule 1.
Name the instrument and the data file. Times are New York time, prices are rounded to the tick, and contract roll weeks are removed. The same cleaned data is used in every window.
This is the only window where settings can be adjusted. Rank settings by net profit after commission. Anything with fewer than 100 trades doesn't qualify. Keep the top 20 and lock them.
Out-of-sample: 1 May to 31 Jul (three months test)
Run the locked settings once, exactly as they are. No changes after seeing the results. A setting passes if it makes a net profit and has a profit factor above 1.
A trade only counts if it passes the trader's written A-plus checklist at entry: right session, liquidity swept, bias agrees, entry model confirmed, and stop and target where the checklist says. Failures are logged as B or C trades and kept out of the results.
Every known real A-plus trade from the trader's videos or posts is traced through the A-plus definition, each filter (session, bias, sweep, timeframe, news, caps), the Roman/ZZ entry path (trigger, confirmation, order type, expiry) and the fill. Record the exact step where each one dies. Misses are fixed in the next version, never the current one.
Every result shows, in order: test number, instrument, length in words, average trade, profit factor, win rate, equity curve; then average signed ticks, trade count and drawdown.
Windows run in order, with no extra out-of-sample passes and no retuning after a peek. Under 100 trades or under about three months is a diagnostic, not a pass.
