Video → Strategy Pipeline (Top Traders)

Agreed with David 2026-10-01. Applies to every trader and every video. Dev site only.

  1. Scrape the video. Transcript (captions, Whisper fallback), chart frames / screenshots (scene-change + every 5–10 s on charts), and every A+ setup example shown.
  2. Deep summary (nuts and bolts). Watch-along timeline: timestamp · frame · what's on screen · what's said · rule behind it. Every rule, condition, trigger, stop, target, risk note, timeframe, session, filter and on-screen-only detail, with timestamps. Ambiguities flagged; nothing invented.
  3. Standard bullets per video. Main logic · Entry rules · Stop logic · Target logic · Risk filters · Timeframe(s) · Exceptions.
  4. Rule-based strategy spec, one fixed template. The same template for every video and every trader, so everything is comparable.
  5. Diff against All-in-One. Mark each rule as already implemented, partial, or gap.
  6. Code only the gaps into All-in-One. New code beside the existing code, never overwriting. Tested through the farm stages (IS → locked OOS → Holdout), net of commissions.
  7. Post to the trader's Dev page. Under that video's clip section: the video embed, frames with timestamps and notes, A+ examples, and the summary bullets.
  8. Watch for new uploads. A weekday check at 7:04 AM (Brisbane) reports new uploads to chat. It never scrapes automatically; David decides. (Live for Nitro Trades; add per trader on request.)
